    Thanks ikandiggit, I looked at it with a magnifying glass, I do see light light ink but don't see any scrapes on the paper or anything. Any idea...

    I am not the expert coin/paper money collector at all but when I come across something like a old all silver quarter I tend to hang on to it. But...
