    Didn't on of the TPG's start grading only the top bell lines, I seem to remember something. The topic definitely came up in the past.

    66, easy. It would be a 65 without the toning. My only real concern is the bump on Franklin's cheek, but the rest of the coin is smooth....

    MS65 much I say easily a gem as it is better than the few, I have slabbed. It could have that bump for toning. Pretty Franky ddddd.
