Are your trips to New Orleans still happening or are things much better there now?

I know it takes many years to recover from flooding tragedies. I remember visiting Kansas City after flooding there when I was about 10 years old. It was massive, and I am sure New Orleans was 100 times as bad. I'm sure many in New Orleans or nearby affected areas have appreciated your help, and the help of others like you.
