I am a stay at home mom who has many titles.
I have 15+ years of experience in the Insurance field and most recently I added an associate degree in culinary arts for my long time passion of cooking.
I have 4 children, 2 dogs and a husband. My 21 year old daughter has special needs and is wheelchair bound so for past year I've adjusted to be with her full time. I would love to get a catering or bakery started to help with bills and long time goal would be to have a food truck that is handicap accessible for my daughter can be with me.
That would be my ICEING ON MY CAKE!
