Looks VF 30 to me still looks like it has some luster. These are tough to find nice as most are cleaned excessively.

Buying problem free coins is the right thing to do like Leadfoot said. A nice AG3 to fine in the early dates, and fine to unc in the late dates....
There is a large cent on Heritage auction with same counterstamp would be neat to assemble whole set.
