The comment about volatility wasn't in reference to the milk spot/AgCl. It was in reference to other contaminants on the coin's surface.

All that's important to most folks is that you can't see any foreign junk on the coin when you look at it. A spot-free coin vs a milk spotted one...

Well you have to consider market potential. Nobody is going to pay you or me to conserve a graded coin if they can't get it reholdered exactly...
