Mate just sent me a sms with photo attached of a flint lock pistol he found yesterday (only metal part as the handel has rotted away) he said he will restor it,still big nugget comming to light 2 years ago I was in the golden triangle and a 500 oz nugget was dug up in Donnely Victoria by a bloke with a backhoe and detector (council worker digging a sewerage line)the mines department found out about it and fine him $20,000 for using a mechanical device for prospecting he's still laughing regards Harry
