 "Hate!" for a few moments of distraction before I can manage to visit the silver thread to update that thread, for you! Sheesh! I have all weekend to post the closing NY figures in the silver thread for you... Just imagine how great my hate would have to be for you after all the times you've abandon us on all the days when PMs are down! LOL! ;)

It sounds like the "marriage" between Elaine and Krispy is showing some cracks.

Can this "marriage" survive when silver is over $20/oz? Inquiring CoinTalk minds want to know. :)

LOL! After seeing the word "hate" to say "some cracks" is an understatement! ;)

Yeah good point. The word "hate" sounds like she is revealing some very strong negative emotion towards you. Smells like a "divorce" to me. You might want to have your "divorce" lawyer on speed dial when silver breaks $20. ;)

I just want a picture of her supposed collection/hoardes to come from the separation proceedings. She can have whatever silver price (within reason) that she needs to dump her stash. :p

Was there ever a prenup? haha....

Quick question, when people speak of HARD ASSETS. Does that literally mean owning them physically?

The other day you cited Investopedia.com for something else, but let's take a look at their definition and what the Wikipedia says:

    Hard Asset from Investopedia.com

    Hard Asset from Wikipedia.org

An interesting prediction for gold; I hope the link comes through okay, and sorry, I don't know how to copy just the section regarding gold.. I like to read Larry Edelson's articles.. Besides, it's Saturday, nothing else going on! Thanks. Lucy http://www.uncommonwisdomdaily.com/read-this-now-9922

Wouldn't expect one when the markets are closed!

See you Sunday night when the Asia-Pac markets re-open, and Monday of UK/EU and US openings...

Just keep in mind that Mr. Edelson is very self-promotional with no real investment track record. He has been a major bear on bonds for years as they have continued to move higher and higher.

Personally, just as "doubting Thomas", if I can't actually "feel it" (..physically put it into my hands)(such as gold, silver, and cash) I won't/don't have anything to do with it. A sad state to be in, I'm afraid, to be so untrusting. I just can't get past it. It all seems too risky. Bonds, you say, continue to move higher and higher. Hmmm...I'll take a look. Seems spooky to me. Thanks for the heads up. Do you not believe what he (Edelson) says about gold? I've been reading Weiss for 5 years. (Along with Moneychanger, radical in another way.) I am somewhat ill equipped for the task my husband left to me, but recently expanding. Thank you again.

So untrusting? You mean you don't leave the front door unlocked at anymore? haha....

Back in my old neighborhood growing up, all my neighbors including myself knew each other so well we could go in and out of our homes anytime we wanted and it didn't matter.

Those days are long gone....it really is a shame...I long for those "trustworthy" days...
