Buying and selling PAMP SUISSE 1 Ounce 999 Silver Bullion

Hi, What do you think of the 1oz PAMP SUISSE silver bars that are sealed and numbered, Are these bars worth the $20+ over spot because of there packaging.Would a dealer pay a large premium for these bars or only on the auction sites would you receive these high premiums. I've thought about buying 25 to 50 ounces but at these premiums I could purchase twice the amount of another minted silver bullion for the same money..Thanks Randy

I am not 100% sure but think the large premium over spot is due to the fact that these are no longer produced. I would like to have some but would rather pay close to spot for something else. TC

 

I have never seen such a large premium for silver bullion bars, I would not pay it either, I have payed a high premium for a silver bullion coin that I liked the looks of, but after I did so, I started seeing them all over and picked them up for negligable over spot., So I would wait, and find something better, it is out there, just keep looking

 

Hi, Good advice. Be patient, Do a lot of research. Know what you want and what your' max payment will be (Don't get excited and overpay). There is more out there just wait 'till it is within your' means. Peace!

 

To some they are and to some they're not its really preference. I would not pay such a crazy premium for these Pamp bars but then again, I've paid some high premiums for other vintages pieces.
