In 2007, when the UK came out with its circulating 50p 100th anniversary Scouting coin, it was nearly impossible to find in circulation. Granted that the BSA commem will not circulate, I still think that it will be a winner. Now, I've got to save up the $$ for two of them

I wonder how much one needs to save up for 5 coins... my Dad and Mom had 5 sons and 5 Eagle Scouts
I really want to get at least 1 of those coins in proof and uncirculated and I should tell my Dad as I know he would really want to know and I already know what's gonna happen when I do.
He's going to order 1 for Each of us kids...which is fine except My dad doesn't have alot of extra money...maybe I'll have to make a quick deposit into my Dad's coffee can of change.

anyone know the prices of these Coins?

Edit: you guys think the mint will put a limit on ordering these?

I'd get a coin for your parents , have it framed and signed by all five of you. By the way, how many of you earned Coin Collecting Merit Badge?

    Merry Christmas

Reminds me of an 80s era SNL skit with Leslie Nielsen making a fake infomercial for adult diapers and relieving himself on stage. :high5:

2010w American buffalo come out on june 3. the buffalo might be very expensive to acquire. if the gold average stay at $1,250.00 to $1,299.99 an ounce. the AGB one ounce gold proof will cost us $1,560.00 against last year buffalo at $1,360.00 each.

another note - gold touch the all time record high today at $1,245.70/oz. if gold stay above $1,250.00 to $1,299.99 an ounce. then 2010 first spouses gold could jump two brackets or $50.00. you only up to this noon to order first spouses at the old price:

proof - $754.00 to $779.00 and then possibly up to $804.00.
unc - $741.00 to $766.00 and then possibly up to $791.00.
