Blank Planchet And…???

    I am quite sure the coin you posted is considered to be an Off-center Strike.
    90 - 95%off-center. I agree with your post '82 assessment.

    Zinc planchet, so yes 1982 or later. It was not double struck. It was stuck a single time, but off center.
