Curious as to what this would be called; a double strike? Something else? Also, based on the coloring on the “lip” this would be a ‘82 or later Lincoln, right?
I am quite sure the coin you posted is considered to be an Off-center Strike. 90 - 95%off-center. I agree with your post '82 assessment.
Zinc planchet, so yes 1982 or later. It was not double struck. It was stuck a single time, but off center.
