Whats the issue? its plain and simple, send em back, and ask her to pay for shipping.
You dont buy a size 9 shoe when you want a size 10 do you?

    pale rider,

If you have history with her and you do not believe that this was on on purpose, contact her, explain what happened and ask her if she can swap them out.

    Regards,

Yeah, like the guys said, you do indeed need to contact her and point out the mistake on her part. If you've dealt with this person before (and they're on the up and up) you should have no problems...

If your budget allows, maybe you could keep the 2009's and see if she could pick up the shipping or possible give a discount, if you bought the 2009's with the 2010 eagles. It's worth a shot! Let us know how it works out and what you decide to do...

By any chance is this Discount gold and silver and MELODY SANDSTRUM whom you wrote about with great praise in your past threads here? If so, and regardless, why are you asking the forum what to do? Call the dealer and see what you both can work out together. We can't do anything for you in this matter.

If you aren't happy with how this dealer resolves things, at least you have some nice coins :). You might try Provident metals. I have read here and on another forum that they resolve any mistakes they make very courteously. If you like long established family-run businesses you could try Franklin Sanders, the Moneychanger. I ordered from him and was very pleased although he not necessarily always the cheapest. A friend of mine has been dealing with him for years, both buying and selling, and has found him extremely honest and reliable. His website has many interesting articles:

Theyre my local coin shop. they ship nationwide, and in general they ship on time, they try to ship as soon as payment clears, so that it gets there a couple days before, and theyre always on top of your order. Always calling on people to amke sure they like their order, when they recieved it etc...
