Do you mean Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve in Houston, TX? If so, there are lots of complaints, and they're not accredited by the BBB.

Low give away price to get you on the phone then high pressure to get you to buy at ridiculous high price. I resisted the high pressure and insisted on the loose leader. I gave my credit card and address, they never shipped the coin. Also they didn't charge my CC. They called a year later with a sales pitch. I listened, asked numerous questions, requested several thousands of dollars in a gold coin order then right at the CC info request I laced into him with colorful language about the past order that was never placed/shipped. It helped to pass the time sitting traffic coming home from the Bronx one afternoon. Haven't heard from them since.

Man's gotta do something to relieve the pressure of 'rush hour' traffic.......Bronx times three. Surprised you didn't (maybe you did) use the canned nautical airhorn on the devil.

The colorful language was more fun.
