Not sure your understanding what I am
trying to say, BTC goes up and down
like the wind, though very volatile
at times big swings 2k - 3k can literally
happen in minutes, that’s where you
make your money

As far as stocks go, let the graph speak
for itself.

 

Still 3000 points higher than in the beginning of 2021

 

The thing is, BitCoin is followed by folks with speed-of-light connections to the exchanges and supercomputers tracking every move.

NO WAY we can match that. No way.

But a rising market in stocks can make you $$$ even if you buy right at a temporary peak.

 

It is easy to have speed-of-light transactions when the subject is strictly imaginary with no substance itself, with value determined only by the individuals commiting to " The greater Fool Theory" ~ I have a magic bean for trade for only 1 ounce of silver!

When stocks go down right before the dividend is payed it allows you to get more shares with the dividend if you use a DRIP….but I’m guessing Mpussa doesn’t buy individual stocks.

The whole game is who gets out in the first wave with their "faster-than-life" conversions first. It will not be the non corporation entities and individual investors. The Motley Fool and other stock recommendation Groups are working hard and furious to cheer hard for them as they want the business, just look over the ads. Like trying to say buying Raffle tickets hoping for the Nest Egg. Few do. But that doesn't stop most people because they are certain they can work it so they do win. Not for me! IMO, YMMV, etc. Jim

Don’t spend your $10 profit all in one place…..If you can do that on a scale 1000x larger that’s a different story.

 

Stock market drops 1%: "boy I'm glad I sold all my stocks"

BTC drops 9%: "boy I'm glad I'm holding BTC, gonna buy more!"

I don't think it's the rest of us who are having a problem with understanding.

 

That extra $10 knocks down the cost of the others that I got in the 20 piece lot.
I've got 2 more spoken for at the next coin club meeting.
Yeah that's the rub, more people out there willing to spend an extra $10 on something they like.
1000x not so much.
