With the recent plunge in Bitcoin - this video clearly explains how NFT's work.

I'm holding my core BTC position, but trading in and out with other lots.
Just waiting for that magical turnaround which could come soon. Lots of old support at 30k - lets see what happens in the coming days.

    Just don't bet the farm.

Can your bitcoins reproduce like my Cryptokitties ?

From Investopedia "....Non-fungible tokens are an evolution over the relatively simple concept of cryptocurrencies. Modern finance systems consist of sophisticated trading and loan systems for different asset types, ranging from real estate to lending contracts to artwork. By enabling digital representations of physical assets, NFTs are a step forward in the reinvention of this infrastructure"

I've always held to the standard business model:
Buy high, sell low, make it up on quantity...

If you can't break someone else's bank, break your own . . .

I've seen signs on classic cars and ones sitting in people's yards that read NFS
    Not for sale

I look at nft as not for trade:p
Hell even the autocorrect corrects nft to not, that tells you something.

The real breakdown with NFT is you get Nothing For your Time

That's pretty good, but I'll take it a step further . . . I think of it more as being

    "Not a Fair Trade"

NFTs are just digital art essentially.

Aren't they anything digital that can't be replaced with the exact same item?

You can take a picture of any painting you want to and reproduce it but there's only x number of originals. You'd also need to actually be the owner if you wanted to monetize the image such as using it in an add or selling merch with it
