Those are the uncirculated mint set coins from Philadelphia, hence no mint mark. The 68 no s proof coins are the valuable ones.
Welcome to CT! It would help to have a clear, more zoomed image of both sides of the coin. From what I see is an average circulated, common date Rosey. I'm leaning towards XF45.

For a clad dime, the weight should be from 2.177-2.359 g, so yours is out of spec. Could be a slightly thick planchet.
That’s what I thought as well but I measured thickness and width and it’s identical to the other dimes I have in 79 and surrounding years also
