Yeah mine looks like that. Not really red like the new books. Does yours include the 50 D. Nickel. I think that’s a fun book to have. Early books are boring. I have a 47. Same size but pictures are way larger
. Like the other member stated that the 1955DD was printed in 58. Just wondering. When will the 82d copper hit the red book. I don’t have a newer one
Not US but I picked this up years ago to check old prices from the era I inherited some Canadian coins. The "king" of Canadian dollars was still pricey back then and has barely kept up with inflation. $300 = $2500 today.
I just threw away 2 boxes of these catalogs. My dad collected every year in the 50s and 60s. I kept the really valuable stuff like Hard Times Tokens by Rulau and both copies by Low. Also found a few "Selections from the Numismatist" books. I kept a few catalogs of world coins from the 60's since most all of of his coins pre-date 1968.
