That orange one looks suspect Naturally toned? Are the other silver ones marked for weight and purity?
I remember the show "Six Million Dollar Man", but "Six Hundred Dollar Balls" just doesn't have quite the same ring.
I collect (stack) RCM 10oz bars. Nice and clean, I use Compare Best Prices on Silver and Gold | Silver Spot Price deals (findbullionprices.com) to find the lowest price with premium per ounce gouging.
I prefer a little less generic and or low mintage types bought as close to spot as possible. This 1 ounce bar the ROI was 5x. Now to figure out how to do that every day, hmmm.
Here's one of my favorite bars. Hand poured by Pavia Metals as part of a trade. Pattern UCS Bar, 1.67 OZT The deal was for a 1 oz bar, but he added an extra .67oz
I got quite the "rash of crap" when I bought these . . . . . I paid between $32.50 and $35.00 each for them. I picked up whatever my local pawn shop had at the time. Everyone told me I was an "idiot" for overpaying that much. Pawn shops always "overcharged" for things like these. I wish they had more at the time . . . . . . Silver spot was around $2.85 per ounce when I bought them. Z
You're showing your AGE. I remember I quit buying for awhile at $4.44 because I thought the price was coming up too fast.
Actually, he's showing his 10 oz SILVER bars. Gold is a much more distinct yellowish color. And certainly not an eagle. Just a bullion bar.
Just sold one of my boutique bars today and with the money I made will be able to buy an additional 30 OZ,S of silver, its nice bar, just heading in a different direction investing versus collecting.
