I don't have any particularly 'significant' buying power for PMs however I have followed a slow and steady pace of purchasing/accumulating physical PMs over the years, through various price ranges. Fixating oneself on buying in certain price ranges (or wishing for them to return) is distracting to being decisive for buying opportunities that will (are highly probable to) prove themselves over time. I started buying bullion when I was a teenager and have continued to do so for 20+ years. I try not to think of time lines in my physical holdings, just buy and add to your holdings as you go through life. Know that they are holding their value (or it will return if it dips significantly in the short term) and just store it safely away out of mind. Keep records of your buy prices because, if/when you do sell it, it will probably really impress you compared to when you bought them.

There's still silver in circulation from what the roll searches, particularly of halves, keep reporting on CT.;)

    Currently

    Platinum: $1,451/oz. (today high: $1,454)
    Palladium: $380/oz. (today high: $380)

What are your thoughts on Perth Mint?

And I do agree with you, just keep trying to accumulate as many PM's as you can, obviously at a safe ratio to your USD's.

Perth Mint has nice products, I think the Kookaburra are the best all around (design, bullion, collected/able). I dislike the marketing schemes employed with all the other "art" round pieces in their aesthetic and color added features to the coins, but that is not limited to Perth products since many other Mints do that. For investment just stick with their products closest to bullion at/as close to spot price as possible.

I believe that Dubai is selling gold to cover margins and stock losses. This will help the gold price drop that combined with the stronger dollar will make it a great time to buy again! I hope the price will go down to $1000.00 or less!

I'll stick with the Gold!! Tiger will pay thru the nose and not just to his wife either. He surely doesn't want too much said about his secret rendezvous!! :D

No one seems to be a fan of "Stand by your man..."

Gatorade has just dropped Tiger! I'm sure Elin will get 50% of his money if not more. And he'll still have to pay child support! That's the American court systems for you....err....unless they are not an American married couple? Where DID they get married?

If Tiger loses more sponsors, it will affect his game play if not already. Golf is more mental even though he's more buff and toned then all the golfers combined...

Hey check that out, golf and gold....almost spelled the same! :D

A syndicated radio host put it this way, while you might pay more for a 'professional' in the short term, in the long-term you will end up paying more for an 'amateur' because a professional is paid to protect their clients.

Too bad Tiger didn't listen to this guy.

As for gold.....let it drop.....all the more I will be able to buy with the same number of dollars.

Apparently they were not all "professionals" as the lady numbers are just adding up as they line up to collect some $$$$....

    Silver

So why is silver so cheap? Moneychanger is saying it should rise soon, based on the gold to silver ratio...

Any experts have thoughts on circ. 90% silver vs. unc. 1000 face bags?

Tell that to Elliot Spitzer! Just be careful that the girl isn't part of a racket under federal investigation, that she is free of disease, that she's pretty, etc.. Good luck.

Ben Franklin was right, if you are going to date women, go for the mature ones who will be so appreciative of your gentlemanly affections....I'll bet that every one of these celebrity blow-ups results in a lot more porn purchases and a lot less chancy relationships. Tiger Woods' situation is a strong argument for traditional marriage, and doing whatever you need to do through marriage counselling etc. to stay married and happy.
