This arrived yesterday. Right in time for the silver squeeze. Will probably be my last physical silver for awhile until things settle down.
I'm holding for the long term. If it gets to $35 or so, I will dump my 40%ers. Will keep the 90% and .999.
I had some discussion today with my local shop buddy. I even came home and sent him an inventory. He wants my silver and I want his gold. I ended up getting cold feet though. I long ago deemed all my silver as going to my grandkids. I felt like I was about to trade off their stuff.
I am getting itchy man real itchy!!! Wanted to sell last fall when it was close to 30 being I figure my avg is about $15.50 or so. I am just really confused on where to dump such a variety . Shipping is outrages to the dealer like JM , provident. Plus everything I have mostly 1 ouncers are in airtites.
I think my last ase was a 19 they were all off centered I think 6 of them . Not enough for a collector just not as fine as yours.
I've bought each of the kids their own ASE's for every year since their birth. That gives FFIVN roughly 11oz, then FFIVNA 6oz, and the baby about 3oz. Plus the proofs for their birth years. The rest of it is mine That being said, I have maybe 20oz of generic that I would be willing to part with. I wouldn't part with any of my govt rounds. Not any time soon at least.
Where can I get one, and how much do they go for? I'm still somewhat holding out hope on picking up a proof from the mint.
I am not positive where my kids silver leaves off and mine begins. I think they can have all the modern silver. I have bought maybe 100 ounces of spider man, animals, etc for them, plus modern silver commems. I guess the old man's silver is old world and US coins. Ultimately they will get it all.
Mine arrived from an ebay seller a few weeks back. I'll be looking for his Type 2 listing and will order from him again since he was lowest, and apparently among the quickest to deliver.
I just bought a 2021 ASE & Britannia (for the new security feature I think is pretty cool). Oh and 2 of those 2 oz Silvertown Egyptian Gods series. Those look awesome! I think I’m done with silver for now too. I’ll probably be buying gold & coins for the near future.
