They are not available at the mint yet. Plus, here comes another batch of lies from dealers and third parties. What some call First Strike could actually be coins that are struck last. Odds are they have been making the 2021 since about September. Putting them in inventory as First In - Last Out.
A neighbor and I were talking about my late night/early morning CT discussions and he asked, "When do you sleep?" I replied, "between my posts" and he just stared at me with a blank look.
I know. I just wish I could hire Mezack to sell for my company. I bet he was single handedly responsible for getting a whole generation collecting coins when he marketed the state quarters so effectively twenty years ago.
How does he get by with this? It looks like he has a 2000 coin in that 2021 ANACS holder. But then he might just buy holders from ANACS and put coins in them later.
There's this other guy (don't know his name) that started showing up on this other shopping channel. I just mentioned in another thread that I saw him hawking ASEs just like Mezack. He's not loud like Mezack, but is offering ASEs for ~ $100. Silly me, I thought the $34 I shelled out to an ebay seller for a raw 2021 T1 with delivery promised before the end of January was high.
He doesn't actually have any coins yet. He's just letting you pay for one. Later, he'll send you one that looks very much like the lovely photo-shopped "artist's rendering" in the ad.
He is telling the public that there is a 1998 limit of these PF70 DCAM. He shows 1 of 1998. Sucker bait. Nostradamus wouldn't touch that prediction.
When I get Proof or Uncirculated from the US Mint I accept what they give me as the grade. Unless the coin is damaged it stays as is. I don't need to participate in any competition with other collectors. I have hundreds of Proof and Uncirculated coins, all as they were received from the mint.
