1797 Draped Cent

    Don't feel bad .At least you have a date . I have a few , don't know what's in my collection found while metal detecting . There totally blank . They could be a King George Copper , CT copper or who knows maybe a Higley Copper living in CT has it's advantages , lol.

    I am amazed that you can make out the date.

    Here it is under the microscope with the light on max. I can see the date even better at a certain angle in the direct sunlight.
