    That is definitely not a fancy serial number..
    The last 2 numbers messed it up.
    If it were 61366316 it would of been a Radar but it's not.

    Spend it.

    To a serious collector it's a spender. But it's your collection so only you can decide what goes in it. We're just given you our opinion as you asked for it. And judging by some of the members that responded, you have some serious collectors of paper money that gave you their honest opinions.

    I like it enough that I'd keep it for just a dollar, and you are right, it's your collection and you should collect what you like, but others here are just pointing out why it isn't considered a special serial number to be helpful, I think.
