by monday, the american buffalo gold series proof and unc will all be sold out. except for some prosperity sets left.

Elaine, How do u come up with Bufflo proof 1/2oz soldout on Monday. I see the shipping date was changed from 12/21 to 12/22 sometime since night.

 

1/10 ounce for buffalo unc and proof already up a lot. unc ms 69 at $288.00 and ms 70 at $375.00. while the proof 69 at $240.00 and proof 70 at $300.00. 1/4 ounce is also moving nicely at 25%. 1/2 & 1 ounce will follow too.

as far as the last 1/2 ounce proof. it will sell out.

 

to holz: the shipping date is only good for when you order before hand.

when shipping shown is either of the two:
1. when that product is newly offer and the shipping date stated few days before they can deliver. either product produced is not so much or simply waiting for that stated date to deliver.

2. when the product is almost sell out. it will flush the shipping date on future delivery. that means if you order on the day with shipping date stated. you likely on the waiting list. and soon or immediately (one least one day) they gonna announce sold out.

 

I love this 24k 99.99% pure gold coin. It is my favorite pure gold bullion coin. I love the classic design of the Indian and the Buffalo.

 

I do too. I don't have one yet, but I love the look of the coin. I was skeptical when they first released the silver one then later the gold because I didn't know how the design would look in those metals. I feel that the original nickels had a "rough" textured look (for lack of a better term) that you don't get with silver and gold...they tend to have a much smoother appearance. They do look different in those metals...but I like them.

One on my favorites the other is the standing liberty quarter. I bought the 1/4 unc when it came out(Preminum was so so high, but kid the in candy shop had to have). I Bought some more Uncs when I realized its a one year issue.

I was thinking the same with the moving shipping dates the BA3 moved yesterday with 1/2Oz proof. Wish ND86 was still around.

 

certainly the 1/2 oz (w) american buffalo gold proof will be sold out. that will leave the double prosperity set still on sale. the set contained 1/2 oz buffalo unc. and 1/2 oz. eagle unc.

 

Ship dates changed to 12/23 for both half oz prood BA3 1oz.

I think that the 8-8-8 BA4 set will put some pricing pressure the 1/2 Unc gold set. Can't find the number of sets minted. Looks like a few of these Buffalo's will be lt 10,000. The 2006 AGE Reverse proof had a mintage of 10,000. (I'm dreamin)

 

the 1/2 oz is already included in the number reported. the figure for 8-8-08 is quite few. few hundred only.

the highest price offered from e-bay is coming strong on the buffalo proof and unc.
a set of proof is quote at $3,495.00
1/10 proof as high as $375.00 each
1 ounce selling at $1,379.00
1/10 unc is bidding at $203.26 on 11 bidder. still counting.

 

ba4 double prosperity set is a collection item while that of ba3 is not. mintage for ba3 hit over 20,000. ba4 still unavailable due to few being sold.

all uncirculated american eagle platinum are gone, sold out. all proof american eagle platinum are almost sell out. soon sell out. 5 pc clad quarter proof set is sold out too. next in line is clad proof set. hurry all 2008 are in danger of sell out. mint doesn't want inventory anymore. and most of the mintages were quite low and can be rare and high up in prices.
