Glad someone is happy with them. I've sent several emails to customer service regarding my membership with no response.
I have contacted them several times and they always got back to me in a timely manner. Try using their forum as another avenue for contacting them.
The very fact that they can't be reached by telephone is lousy customer service. They make millions and millions of dollars off of collectors.
They don't seem like the kind of company that takes many phone calls. Maybe if you knew the secret backdoor number you could get through to them.
I used to be able to contact them by phone any business day. You call that number now and you get a recording telling you to send an email. It's bull flop.
There are many businesses which can’t be reached via phone anymore because of Covid-19. It’s usually not about money, but rather because part of the staff is working from home.
I'm in business myself and because of covid-19 hoping everyday but when you call my shop it rolls over to my cell phone. NGC is dead to me.
If I want something done, I first call the company (any company) and get the name of an individual to address an email to. It has worked every time and an incident with NGC was satisfied via phone then email, he actually fixed my concern via the telephone but ask me to send an email to him for his files. JMO
