NGC Price Guide, Not being updated???

Im considering buying a few early certified ASEs and I looked at price guide just for enlightenments sake at it seems to not have been updated, atleast the ASE section in over 2 months. Is this because of the Rona? Or something else?

They don’t update the prices ever day or week. It could be months or years between updates.

 

Another reason why price guides are of little use. I assumed it was atleast every two weeks updated. Thanks for the heads up

 

I don't much care about price guides I just wish I could get NGC to message me back about questions I have.
Their customer service is horrible.

 

I find looking at recent auctions helps me fine the going prices.

 

Price guides should never be a one-stop shop, but a survey of them can be a useful backstop to researching auction prices.

 

The TREND is accurate, but I find that pricing can be up to 18 months behind, at least on Saint-Gaudens coins that I frequently look up and compare to recent acutions.

 

Long-term, the price CHARTS are useful.

 

Maybe every 2 QUARTERS.
