about 1/4 ounce Platinum Eagle thickness and weight tolerance: is this good?

I did some measures on a bullion 1/4 ounce Platinum Eagle (2000) (see below and attached photos) about diameter, width, density , and weight. and some results do not agree.
I read this thread https://www.cointalk.com/threads/platinum-eagle-specs-is-this-genuine.258875/ and so i would like to know your opinion. Could it be a counterfeit coin? Is the measured weight too distant from the correct one?

Expected Diameter 22.00 mm ; Measured (22.00 +/- 0.02) mm
Expected width 1.32 mm ; Measured (1.38 +/- 0.02) mm
Expected weight 7.780 g mm ; Measured ( 7.80-7.83 +/- 0.02) g
Expected Density nearly 21.45 g/cm^3 ; Masured (21.4 +/- 0.5) g/cm^3

I don't know, Could you write more details about that?

 

As I said, it almost definitely isn't, BUT I see some separation in the first 2 0's. Only issue, the mint switched completely to producing single squeeze dies in 1997. I can confirm it is just the way the photo comes out, including glare.

 

They are both nearly 10% heavier than they are supposed to be. Out of curiosity, were did you get these?

 

You may have been ripped off.

 

Here is a confirmed 2011 ASE with doubling in the date.

mmmm 10%? sorry i do not understand this percentage, the weight difference is less than 1%

I very recently bought the coin from a bullion company

*Update,

I find that the measured values are not so anomalous, so the coin is probably not counterfeited.
