There definitely appears to be doubling on the words, but its probably mechanical doubling. True DDO coins would exhibit equal doubling throughout the whole obverse, unlike this coin which has heavy doubling on "In God We Trust", and almost nowhere else

Here's an article that explains this much better than I could

We hope you didn't buy it! The doubling you see on those coins can be very deceiving. The above members described what you have. To the untrained eye you would think you hit the jackpot! What you have is unfortunately fairly common. You're looking in the right spot though.

Here's one of mine that looks something like yours:

Your doubling needs to look something like these:

    S20190828_011.jpg
    S20190828_014.jpg
    S20191218_014.jpg

It takes time. Keep studying and learning. Whenever you feel like you know everything, be ready for something to come along and slam you. I've been continuously collecting and reading everything I can about numismatics and the minting process for almost 50 years. I have a few hundred reference books on US, World, ancients, tokens and other stuff. And I still regularly learn things on the coin forums.

The entire obverse and reverse wouldn't necessarily have equal doubling across the whole coin.
