APMEX had some good stuff at spot that sold out in minutes. Anything else you see that was pretty good? I usually can pick up some 90% at spot. Monument had some but only in large quantities.
My impression this year was the dealers were limiting spot deals to a single item or they were stocking the spot deals at such low quantity that they sold out right away. Both of these tactics were to attract buyers to place orders to get one small deal as a part of a bigger purchase that resulted in much less of a deal. For instance, go to Apmex to buy something at spot, but that something is out of stock, so you still buy full price items. Go to Provident to buy a silver bar at spot, but you're limited to just one (so you save maybe 80 cents on that one ounce bar) but then buy $82 of other stuff at full price to get free shipping on your $99 order. Or go to JMBullion and find nothing.

The Westchester Coin Show last weekend had a few dealers selling silver at about a 5-10% discount to spot.
