1943 S Steel....

  1. RPM or CUD error.... Lincolns lips and chin seem to be doubled but I'm not 100% sure

    Not enough for me to be helpful, sorry. If you have a 10x loupe, you can use that website to identify if it's a repunched mint mark. If you don't have a 10x loupe, stop everything and go buy one. You can't confirm most errors without a little bit of magnification.

    As Seattlite86 said, the photos aren't clear enough to tell much of anything. It appears that the mm S took a hit but I can't see any die chips in these photos.

    Hard to say about the rpm in the pictures, I don't see any die breaks on the rim either. Try turning off the flash on your camera and centering your coin under a alternate light source and steady the lens level with the surface the coin is on, it may help the quality of your pictures ,
     
  8. I have a few 43 steels that I got the other day.dont know if they are worth anything but the mint marks on one or two seem fishy
