So it's like if you are selling, (to a dealer) then it's $10. If you are buying it's $15. That coin doesn't look cleaned to me. It's a good coin.
I’ll tell you this. You are fortunate. Most of those old cents that have spent decades in those old coin folders are black as far on the back where they are in contact with the book. Those old catalogs are notorious for toning our coins. And usually in a very ugly way too.
I'm not saying you cleaned it. And even if it's been uncleaned for 60 years, it is 110 years old and people routinely cleaned their coins back then. You don't know if someone cleaned it the 50 years prior. But if it was a light cleaning (not harshly cleaned) it would have retoned by now and be acceptable.
