@Conder101 has posted that there are two types known from this out of business company, a black & white and a color version of the label.

In going through my collection, I've found TWO color versions.

This one (older judging by s/n):

    MCCS-020970-Obv_#2014.X72_20161130-2111_001.jpg MCCS-020970-Rev_#2014.X72_20161130-2113_002.jpg

    And:

    MCCS-025510-Obv_#2014.XJ7_20161130-2115_003.jpg MCCS-025510-Rev_#2014.XJ7_20161130-2116_004.jpg

(Someday I'll shoot better pictures, but the camera is set for a specific label and I don't want to jiggle it for this slightly larger one)

Are your collectable slabs mostly with or without coins?

Cool discovery! I used to have one of these. From the picture, the serial number is about in the middle of the two you show. It appears to be color version #1:

At one point, within the last year, an ebay seller had 20+ of these slabs. Alas, I did not check what generation.

@Burton Strauss III do you have an image of the black and white label?

No, I don't have one, and I don't see it in Conder101's book.

I went with "yes, I guess", since I find that sort of thing slightly interesting, though I don't collect TPG plastic variations myself.

I have to admire what @ddddd is doing along those lines. (How could I not, since he's given a novel twist to the "Box of 20" theme?)

As to MCCS, I can remember laughing at the "toilet bowl" similarities in a thread over on Collectors Universe some time back, perhaps around the time they emerged. One has to wonder what made them choose that particular impractical shape with its unfortunate connotations, but now I can see how it makes them appealing to collectors of plastic varieties (which seems to be a field now coming into its own, no doubt thanks to the efforts of @Conder101 and others).

While the shape is odd, I would guess they originally didn't see the toilet bowl connection. Someone probably thought it would be cool to have a rounded off slab and it would be different from other slabs (unfortunately they didn't realize why no one ever went for that shape).

Definitely a different variety, the colors are bolder and the positional relationships of the initials to the name below are different.

I voted yes, neat to see but I'm not sure if I would buy one, one never knows.

I voted yes, since sliced bread, I have two of these and need to go look at them closely now.
Although the labeling is different, the label paper itself both look different. One is a tear apart label 2002-S and the other 1983-S is a sticky label type.

Also you title is of the first slab wrong spelling of the company, Millenium and on the slab it is spelled with two n's (Millennium).

Here are the two I own.

I'm not sure which company you are talking about?
The closest I can find from Conder101's list is
    https://www.cointalk.com/threads/coin-grading-companies.271720/

"WCGS (World Coin Guarantee Service) As of yet I have no idea when this company was in business or its location of operation."

Unfortunately I have never seen one or have a picture.

If you mean WCG, here is a picture:

I recently picked up a Type 1 MCCS holder (#005538, with a 1982-S George Washington half dollar commemorative in PR69 DCAM). Just wondering - does anyone know when these guys were in operation?

I believe they started in the early 2000s.
Based on the following two threads, I would guess they were in existence from around 2003/2004-2006 (the first thread mentions people just noticing them while the second has @Conder101 writing (in January 2007) "MCCS was a legitimite service that was around for about two years or so.")

    Edit: also, looking up
    "www.mccscoins.com/"
on wayback machine shows several pages in the 2004-2005 period (and nothing afterwards besides unrelated ads...this further suggests that the time-frame for the company was ~2004 through ~2006).
