The ones that I bought today at the LCS were the Lincoln Mint American Weapons Hall of Fame sterling silver art bars. The Lincoln Mint Weapons Hall of Fame sterling set consists of 36 bars. Unfortunately, the LCS had only 32 of them. I paid melt price for each of them. Episode # 33 of the '70's silver art bar show.............
It's interesting that you have 32 of the 36 the same as I do. I paid for the whole set at the time. They came out one per month, but I only received 32 of them. The Lincoln Mint stated that they sent them all, so I always assumed that my roommate at the time absconded with them. Can you look at yours and compare to the ones I show in my post on here to see if yours are the same ones?
Actually I was wrong. When I total up how much I spent on the 32 bars, it turned out that I actually paid an average cost of $14.62 per bar which was about 20 cents above melt (based on yesterday's spot silver close of $15.59/oz). Sorry for my error. I am not complaining because I still paid a very good price for them. I try very hard to get sterling silver bars/rounds for close to melt as possible and sometime I get sterling at slightly below melt.
