Need pictures to answer your question. In '90's and later year nickels, it is quite common to see full steps even in well circulated ones. Only high grade ones are where the $ is. If you're looking to fill holes in a collection, you will find them without too much trouble.
I take image from me phone no good resolution low pic but nice details. Whot you think? 1995-P MS60+ FS
@gianni go read this thread thoroughly and pay attention to the pics. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/th...erson-nickels-defined-photographically.49827/
That *may be* one of your better coins. But because it is one of your better coins does not mean that it ranks high up against coins that are really, really nice.
Yes. The coin is very brillant not have big wrong. Tomorrow morning i get new image because the nickel very hard for photografy reflect luce. Sorry but this years coin not report FS incisor??? Is normal ??
Did you check out the link that @Kasia post? A lot of infor there!!! A Jefferson nick has 6 steps. It really hard to tell but I think you have damage across 4 of them.....
on a Jefferson nickel it has FS for Felix Schlag, but for grading, FS, meaning 'Full Steps' is important. Big difference.
Well you need to get a good pic of that area for us and the full coin pics too. It is impossible to tell you why without good pics. Also, many things can happen outside of the mint to coins.
