    John Skelton Morgan man!

Personally, I prefer using a Ouija board, which probably does just as well as charts.

Better. Ouija boards are basically a 50/50 proposition. Charts will lead you astray far more often than not.

Silver spot price is 'trying' to move up, but 'they' keep knocking it back in line

Here’s the basic problem - ain’t no ‘they’, only ‘we’uns’.

Have to agree with Kurt here, it is only the "buy and never sell because..." stacker people vs. " buy and/or sell depending on the direction..investor people", and usually both groups call themselves silver enthusiasts. For instance the example you posted above in #67 happened because some wanted to sell their silver so they offered it at a certain price and someone else decided that was a price they could stand , so they bought it. Others in the market noticed this transaction and they put some up at same price, but no one else bought similarly. The other side notice this and bid to buy at a lesser price and some of the previous or others decided to take it anyway and it drops a cent, and this direction continued until those prices narrowed and there was a dead cat bounce, maybe someone buy and selling from sister accounts that triggered a little interest which soon dissipated and the price kept dropping lower until the close. The Hunt brothers are gone and there are very few who wheel and deal like they did with the amounts they did, it is more open now. Most of the manipulations that are attempted are by individuals ( type 1 or 2) or bullion and jewelry dealers for inventory, or foreign entities for their own reasons.
    IMO Jim

Now, I thought you were one of the people teaching us that I-N-V-E-S-T-O-R is not the correct spelling of "speculator"...

That’s better. It won’t help my Canadian silver dollars much but my wife will be happier. Buy now for Valentine Day.
