    Two birds away at 2:30 PM...........lucked out at the post office. I walked in and there were only three people on line waiting to send packages out. By the time it was my turn there were 15 people on line waiting to send stuff out. Had enough time left over to take the wife to AC Moore..........:)

    I had the exact same experience today as my SS package left town. I was third in line then they were ten deep when I left. It was the post office in an assisted living community so there weren't a lot of fast moving folks there either.

    I received a package from Florida! I must admit I haven’t shipped yet, but I will and all will be well. I’ll open on Christmas Day!

    My Secret Santa present arrived a few hours ago - Santa lives in Louisiana and he/she certainly knows how to wrap holiday gifts :) - my old Samsung Gusto flip phone and Bluetooth adapter on my desktop cooperated to make this image possible (I'll unwrap and post another 'photo' in a few days - thank you, Secret Santa!

    I was super nervous my thing wouldn't get there in time, so i shipping "super early" (comparatively).
    It arrived safely thankfully.
    At least i saved myself from the "stuck in USPS limbo" situation.

    Hmm. A mysterious package from the Far East.

    It's not a Secret Santa gift, as far as I know. I haven't received that yet.

    So how do I know this isn't my Secret Santa gift, and why am I posting it here?

    Well, you see, ironically enough, it happens to be from the person who was my Secret Santa recipient. And it's not like he's sending something in return for what I sent him. My Secret Santa package to him has not yet reached its destination, to my knowledge. It has a long, long way to go.

    He mentioned a while back that he was sending something. This was before I even knew I was going to become his (not so-) Secret Santa.

    So I know who sent this package from the other side of the world.

    I just haven't the foggiest notion what's in it.

    Should I open It? :woot:

    (Since it's a random mystery package and not really holiday-related, it isn't like I have to wait, right?)
