What have you added to your collection/investment lately?

A 2005 Gold Natura set...1oz, 1/2oz, 1/4oz and 1/10oz...and 5 $2.50 gold Indians... needed a little fix and I got a big one instead...

With spot so low I bought a few 10 oz gold Apmex Bars. I think they are a pretty good value.

These arent very much to look at , I'm actually in Rome right now so I can post a pic of my actual bars but they have a few pic on the Apmex website.
I usually buy "seconds" when possible, They are a much better deal when they are available. The guys at Apmex pretty much call me with deals all the time because I have been a customer so long plus I resell some of their products.

 

I see somebody left the gate open at the asylum again. Thought for a while they had fixed that problem. Pity.

Huh. Seven months seems like an odd duration for a forum vacation, and yet here we are.

I picked up a BU 1906 S double eagle yesterday for $1235. I thought it was a good deal.

 

Here's some fun...visited the Hemmingway House in Key West and made an elongated penny with a representation of the "famous" six-toed cats. There are currently 54 cats in-residence and around the house, many of which are six-toed.

 

Also just for fun a couple of 1/10 Balboas I pulled from a dealer's $0.60/gram junk silver box juxtaposed with my 20 Balboa coin.
