I’ve added 3 Silver eagles (‘99,’2000,& ‘2018) and a 1oz Bar this week. Only been stacking for about 1 month now and my spread sheet indicates I have 494.075 grams (15.88 Troy ounces)! I think my goal for the year will be to accumulate about 50 Troy Ounces.

I do a spread sheet every few weeks. (2 so far) It is just for approximations though, only a few of my coins weigh the exact amount they did when when minted.

I don't normally buy rounds, but lately I've had the urge to get something different. These high relief rounds really spoke to me as I LOVE Halloween themed coins.

I picked up two "Nightmares of the Fall" HR silver rounds with antique finishes (Heads or Tails Coin Company) as well as a Grim Reaper (Monarch Mint) from JM Bullion- my first purchase from them. I was very impressed with the NOTF issue. It's very detailed, and the antique finish really brings out the finer details. I might get a few more. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Got a shipment yesterday. Was supposed to get $1.00 face value of War nickels. 19 were correct with a decent spread, 1 was a normal 42Philadeliphia. Whoever sorted these coins is no numismatist! Got a hand full of other little goodies too. I’m new to collecting/ Stacking and what killed was shipping ( or rather not knowing another ounce purchase could have given me free shipping!)
PS: These at my first Barber Quarter Dollars, that’s the only reason I got em.
PS PS: apparently I deleted the Barber Quarter photo. Oh well! 9AC0F473-12F5-4102-9EE5-5A4566C04B37.jpeg 800C9158-0ADA-4284-8B13-A30E1630785D.jpeg

I like the Scottsdale 10 ounce silver stackers. The normal premium makes them a no-go for me. When they are offered @ 172 to 174... resistance is futile.
I also could not pass on some '88 SML, in the plastic priced below market (I think) at 20.30 delivered.

Haven't bought anything in a while, but I did find the first 2 silvers I ever bought. thought I lost them forever.

These are from Bel Air Mint, back in the days they use to sell these 20 grams on ebay.
All of a sudden they just disappeared from ebay.

This year I have added 22 AV coins to my collection so far.....

Last year I won 51 AV coins worth about 120K. Best one was this

My wife was kind enough to snag this for me for Father's Day. My first gold bullion and the date is special to me!

I like it, hope she didnt pay to much of a premium for graded bullion ?

She said she paid $160 which is pretty much in line with eBay +/- a few dollars. A few weeks prior I was offered the same size coin, ungraded, for $155. Melt at the time was $130.

This was their only 1986, which is a special year for me. Coins and bullion aren' her thing but she wanted to make me happy and she very much did!

Also, we live in the Bay Area and rents here are insanely high. I can only imagine what it takes to keep their doors open, so I understand that they need to make a buck. Also, they usually give me a great price on silver around $2-3 over spot.

Buying more thai coins for my collection, thats more of a hobby than investment.
For stacking purposes, my local pawn shop sells me small amounts of 90% at 10x per face value. Yesterday I picked up 10 halves for 50 bucks. I will go weekly and check in on him and keep buying !!

I'd drive a good distance for that, knowing that I could flip it for a profit easily. None of the pawn shops around here will sell anywhere close to melt, and they still don't seem to have any trouble moving the stuff. (Well, the one that's still insisting on 16-20x FV has been sitting on their ratty old Roosies and Washingtons for a long time.)

Todays Ebay delivery is more '88 CMLs. The seller WAY understated the quality in his ad. Cover your own six stuff I suppose. I have a page of these that are unseparated and these have less handling/shelf wear.
