Unfortunately not the last waste of invisible internet space. Definitely not the last one of these posts we will see here.

The 69-S is very rare and shows pronounced doubling. It is easy to see with the naked eye.

The best advice I could give is that you go to www.doubleddie.com and research the doubled die coins for this year/mint. You can also print out the pages and store them in a three ring binder to have handy when you think you find one.

Unknown.jpg You mean like this one? That's a drawing. The light should NOT be cutting the letters between the superimposed letters. It gives a great POP effects for sure, but these areas should be shaded instead, as if each letter were under a tree. Light pierces through an object only if the light source is coming from behind it. But what am I trying to establish it's not real, as inevitably, it is an artistic illustration, a sketch.

As a matter of fact, every image found online of 1969-S doubled die is either stylized or artistic, skillfully rendered, using mediums as graphic design, or other technology, but there aren't ever any photographs!

    :hilarious: you make me laugh!

Sorry but you have nothing. You have no clue what a true Doubled Die is!

It depends on where you place your light sources. You have no idea what you are talking about! Maybe you should take up knitting as a hobby instead of coins. At least then, if you can't see what you're doing, you won't be likely to stab yourself.

Even more so, I think this coin shows both MD and DD.

For anyone not familiar, this was what our hero said Monday...

    Hmm.. I wonder why?

Perhaps this... here are the past links on what should by now be a very, very familiar subject for Mr. Waggers....

Oh, and aside from this one, here are the two other threads he's started just over the last few days, again centering on the very SAME subject...

    https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1960s-memorial-cents-md-dd.314500/

    https://www.cointalk.com/threads/md-or-ddd.314452/

Surely I'm not the only one who thinks this has been sufficiently addressed? Call me crazy, but at least 13 different threads on the same thing could reasonably be considered spam.
