Definition question: Is PA counted in your 29? This is why I ask: there is no actual obtainable product right now, but all the legal framework is in place. By my definition, that makes PA an "in the pipeline" state.
True, 29 is the number where it passed legislature. Many state are struggling with actually putting a system in place.
As of last weekend, our legislative offices are being FLOODED with calls from people wanting to know how to get OFF the MedMar patient registry. It was announced that no patient may own guns in PA. Given a choice between access to MedMar products and their guns, Pennsylvanians will choose guns each and every time.
Oh, no doubt. It's not like the law ever stopped people from indulging in substances. And the winner will be : Drug dealers, hurray!! (The last line is sarcastic. Unfortunately I live in a State that LOVES to cater to criminals.)
Hmm. Dunno. I have one of Pennsylvania's 17 itemized medical conditions that qualify me for access under our statute, and my son has a different one. Believe me, it IS the legal angle that's keeping both of us off of "substances". Well, that and my stinking ARSENAL.
I doubt if a guy in DC wearing a fancy suit will be able to halt the regulated MJ industry - all the MJ related stocks had a negative hiccup yesterday, but continue 'higher and higher' today and into the future
This thread is great. We have recently talked about "They" and Pot. The Illuminati mus be involved some how. Alien-Human Hybrids are above the Illuminati by the way.
Pretty sure I'd rather cross paths with a stoned shooter than a drunk (on beer required to be sold in 24-packs) one. For one thing, they're less likely to be in a bad mood.
Or, to rephrase: given a choice between legal pot possession and legal gun possession, they'll choose guns every time -- and continue obtaining pot illegally, as they've been doing for generations.
Actually, we will NOT be legalizing ANY pot, per se. Only processed products are being legalized here - nothing whole.
I never had one. It was too "counterculture" for my tastes. I was a counter-counter-counter-counter-culturalist in the 70's.
