Yeppers..it is self governing. It also has one of the best anual Motorcycle racing events. The Isle of Man TT is one of the premier races of the year.

Lundy sits in Bristol Channel, between SW England and Wales, with Ireland across the way. But if you don't want to play from any of those, you could draw a diagonal line across the Atlantic from there to Canada, the USA, or even the NE coastal regions of South America.

Pretty much a long straight shot across the broad Pacific to New Caledonia. This is a rather artful design, too bad it was struck in aluminum rather than silver.
