    Books,
I'm not sure what to make of this indirection?

I'll assume that you are surprised at the rise in the price of this commodity. So:

Apparently, much of this increase is due to the overwhelming demand of copper by the world's largest global consumer of the metal, China.

Your assumption was both grossly unfounded and obviously wrong. He made it fairly clear that you made an error of citing the per pound industrial price as a per troy ounce precious metals price, then attempted to admonish someone else about accuracy in pricing.

If you have warehouse to store tons of reels off copper wire go for it!

Aww... bad night tonight, buddy ?

Anyone who comments so argumentatively on this post without reading the whole thing is ignorant of what is going on here. It's a progression.... a discussion....and I'm sure that Books doesn't need your help on interpreting his ambiguous statement.

Nope. Just don't see the point behind your belittling others when you clearly aren't following your own directives.

To be fair, Privy was simply voicing his opinion, of which he is fully entitled although it could have been presented in a more neutral fashion.

That said, and although not intended as an insult, @NorthKorea was right.
