Hello everyone, I have a tread in error coins of a 2000 Lincoln cent which one of my replys was veriety coin and I would like to know what if anything should I do with it? Im new at this, thank you for your help! Greatly appreciated!

Looks like die polishing has resulted in the loss of part of Lincolns upper lip just below the nose, and it is also curling up behind the nostril. I see some evidence in the eye socket as well.
