Well I have a food saver 1100 or some darn thing that we use for fish and venison and stuff . I had used it a long time ago to seal some SBA's and Saquadaga or what ever they are called. The only initial problem I saw is the side of the bag that has the pleats for air removal , Well its hard to see the coin they are buried, and the last I knew they looked the same. It is a bit of a trick to get them sealed down to coin size though. I kinda figured I would just throw all the rounds I bought in to a bag cut it to smaller size well I use rolls anyways and seal it and throw them on top of rest in safe and be done with it they come in a tube or flips anyways right? And in 20 years when I decide maybe to sell no one will probably care what generics look like as long as they are 99.9% and one ounce.
Then I would have to dig even a bigger hole in back yard at midnight under the full moon to see them now and then!!
Hell 14.00 a ounce isn't far away. Just use BCW flips and masking tape then tape off the opening or slit alot cheaper then airtights I found this method to be one of the better options besides airtights which I also own. Do this wearing cotton gloves.
There has to be some point of recovery, for all the PM.S with the exception of Palladium and Rhodium everything else is in the tank, in a couple weeks will take a closer look probably will by an once of Palladium.
Right or wrong, I'm in buying mode. Still looking for some SAEs for fair price. Seeing some for under $370 per roll, I think some will need to sell, even at a loss, to move their inventory. $350 and I'm definitely a buyer.
In from some tractor work and we are back to $15.44 ask , My problem right now is I do not have enough spare cash in CK and man they want like .70 an ounce more for credit. LOL a.09 cent drop since I posted this and relooked.
Is the golden state mint Sub-par or something, Just looking at 5 ounce rounds and they are almost 2 bucks cheaper than the buffalo or indian ones?
WOW..Wish I had more patients....Bought some back in Feb or March for 379.00 on sale for a roll.... now this.......... going to buy and average out AGAIN.... MAYBE
there must be some massive trading one min in the 30's the 50's then 40's then 15.69 make up my mind already!
If you are buying Ag to make a profit, even a slim 5% profit, you are wasting your time and $$$. 15.66 now at 5:08 pm. You would be much better off buying the SLV. https://seekingalpha.com/article/4086633-silver-losing-luster
There is no way to buy silver to make a profit. An ounce of silver will always be worth an ounce of silver. As the world runs off fiat currency it is possible to accumulate a few more bits of paper with president's pictures on them but that will not really buy you any more goods but to inflation.
In the short and intermediate term "bits of paper" track the price of goods much more closely than PMs do. The ounce of silver that would buy twenty loaves of bread in 2011 now buys only seven or eight; the forty bucks that would buy the same loaves of bread in 2011 will still buy at least sixteen loaves. Simply declaring that silver is the standard measure of value is every bit as silly, if not sillier, than declaring that the greenback is the standard measure of value.
