I have a simple question where can I buy authentic gold bars and gold coins that are authentic I don't trust eBay fully.
I have purchased two, 1 oz. gold coins on Ebay in the past year. Both of them were below spot price. One was an auction and one was a "Buy It Now". Both were graded by PCGS. Both were from sellers that had good ratings. I guess I am lucky.
You mention authentic as your most important requirement, not price. Go with the big boys, JMBullion, Apmex, etc. ... If you want to buy below spot, strap 'em on.
That's good advice, AP's are pretty reliable. The US Mint is good, if you like to overpay, but you can be assured it's real.

People may recommend new websites for you, but let those suckers take the chance for the rest of us. The big dealers are: Apmex Jmbullion Modern Coin Mart Provident Provident and JmBullion are often the cheapest of those 4. Apmex has the biggest selection but is also a giant ripoff on many items. MCM is by far the most expensive on pretty much everything. However, all 4 are accredited by the BBB and have great reviews. JMbullion and Apmex seem to be the highest reviewed and appear to have the best customer service. I make my gold purchases from JmBullion due to customer service, reliability, and price.
