Well.... It does take up less room and weighs less.... Ask the bottom of my sock drawer.

Hate is a strong word, it use to be my stepping stone to GOLD, if it makes you
feel any better i.am not selling my green monster box or 100oz bar

Don’t hate the player, hate the game..LOL

At current silver levels, you might want to throw them in a drawer and revisit them in a few years.
    I didn't catch the F/S listing, Spot +$?

    LOL, “haters”.

I dunno… I have several hundred ounces of silver. Do I love it? Do I hate it? I never understand how you could ever “love” or “hate” an inanimate object. I like that have it, but I am not emotionally attached.

Rather, I MORE like my gold. I see silver as the “change” to the REAL currency… which is gold.

I look at it this way: which I druther have… a box filled with silver, or the same box that is filled with gold?

Besides, you have to be concerned that .9999 silver will oxidize… .9999 gold does not have that problem. I have gold coins from 2500 years ago. I handle them without gloves, as have the generations of folks that owned them before I did. Still has the luster and beauty as when it was minted. Don’t have to worry about gold rusting (oxidizing) like silver does.

    My thoughts.

    :)

Your not taking in account the cool factor of vintage silver.
    Buy what you like.

Besides bullion, I have a lot of vintage silver also. Most of my coins are over 2000 years old (BCE).

I think i,am better served cashing them out now, SILVER is such a slow mover compared to GOLD. so taking advantage of that now ;)

My local place sent me a text, said he has 120 silver ounces at spot till supplies last...not much in vintage but I'll take a look tomorrow at some trade units.
He predicts a $10 drop till years end.
That information Doesn't scream rush right over and catch a falling knife :p
