Gee, maybe someone discovered a new use for silver everyone will need to survive the coming _______________(fill in the blanks ) , better read the bullion newsletters for sure
most of the bullion dealers have newsletters. such as https://www.jmbullion.com/weekly-market-review-2-10-17/
I'm assuming he is referring to the newsletters trying to get you to put everything in silver and gold. And be sure and buy it with that fiat currency, which is going to be worthless any day now.
http://geology.com/articles/uses-of-silver/ Yes, this would be an ideal time to rush into the stock market since it is at a low. (Sarc). Whereas, looking at a long term inflation adjusted price of silver, that cannot be said. Perhaps the hedge funds know something?
Yep, they know they get a 2% cut of your investment on the way in, and a 20% cut of your gains on the way out, and don't take a 20% share of losses. Why not pump and dump?
Kyle is super-sharp, met him many years ago. But he sometimes takes unorthodox positions that can take YEARS to play out. How much is his stake, %-wise ? That position may be with his own $$$ and not his hedge fund where performance matters.
Asymptote, baby! TEOTWAWKI! Dog and cats, living together! Never mind that parabolas don't actually have asymptotes, and parabolic increase is actually slower in the long term than even the slowest exponential growth, which is what the chart-casters seem to have in mind when they say "parabolic". Of course, not even exponential growth has an actual asymptote. Growth that approaches an asymptote is hyperbolic growth. The chart cheerleaders may not understand hyperbolas, they certainly understand hyperbole.
Amen, brother. Anytime you see parabolic gains, it's time to look for red four-letter words above doorways.
I wouldn't call a 2% gain parabolic. Of course the Dow's performance is built strictly on fundamentals. (Again, sarc). A year from now we should revisit this.
I'm always weary of anyone who touts a particular investment one way or another. case in point, just look at Bill Ackman who loaded up on $1 billion of options for Herbalife to fall. While at the same time stating Herbalife was a fraud company and should be shut down. Talk about potential manipulation but for a downward pressure.
