Just snagged these at the very last second, no bidders, got him to combine shipping :) Making them $18.83 each.

Lol pretty sure they are real, don't see a lot of fake ASE's and he has 100% positive feedback. On the off chance that they are, im protected through eBay :)

They are likely real, but a careful examination should still be done upon receiving the coins. If something is wrong, you should be covered by ebay's buyer protection.

Is $18.83 a good price? What do they normally bring?

Well they are about 20 bucks on every other site, not including shipping.

$20-25 shipped. Closer to $20 if you buy five or so at a time. To do better than that, you have to buy 20 or more, at least on eBay and at silver's current price.

Actually, you can do better by a good bit, but it takes luck and a fast Buy It Now button. :D (Yeah, that was a clad 1995 proof set -- and a 1995 proof ASE, with no flaws apparent on pretty close examination. $8 plus $5 shipping.)

Better pics may have eliminated questions like the one above and others. Bigger pics when you really want to know. good luck!

There are many, many "Best Practices" to follow in becoming a numismatist, and one of them is retaining (bookmarking) every scrap of information you think you might ever possibly want, and I have about 4,000 (not all coins, of course) in 44 categories, all cross-referenced and indexed in Excel, with notes.

I could never rebuild that list, so I have them backed up 3 ways, and two of my friends have a set on discs, which I retrieve and update a couple times a year.

I have very few auction Prices Realized, as I don't have much faith in the comparability of the numbers. Markets are so fluid now, with so much competition, that price histories are pointless (perhaps not for ancients).

    Long live obsessive perfectionists!

I got 5,2017 kooks yesterday for 1.60 lower than anywhere I found them on line. Not a stellar deal but everything counts. 108.00 total.
