I want this coin. Thanks @Abramthegreat! As a casual birder, I see eagles around here on a fairly regular basis and it's always a thrill. Always regretted passing on this set when it was first issued.

Hip Hip Hooray for @Abramthegreat, Thanks for the great prize. I'm in. This would be a nice addition to the commemorative collection that I am slowly assembling.

Alright I was at the coin show in Tucson and didn't buy anything :wideyed:
Great atmosphere and my first legit coin show outside of the local club show.
The Tucson show had a Lot of eye candy that was tempting, but the misses said to hold up a bit.
She inquired about a few really nice pieces and one actually had a price tag :D
I think it was just north of $47,000
    Screenshot_20250121-163243~2.png
We paid the entrance fee and donated ( bought some raffle tickets) for the good cause.
I actually made a couple bucks in the casino but we ate most of that on a late lunch.
Did the same thing the next day...
IMG_20250116_202536153_HDR.jpg until things went a little south, then I reminded her that I could have had some new silver bars instead of buying casino rewards points
Recouped a little bit the next morning and spun a promotionional wheel for $250 in Freeplay.
We ran that through a Blazing 7's machine and covered dinner and gas for the trip.

Still...No New coins to show for my efforts.

    Please count me in.
That is a really cool modern commemorative!
When I was younger and had actual disposable income, I tried to build a collection of commemorative halves. What hooked me was I was able to grab from a tellers tray, a 1936-S Rhode Island tercentenary commemorative! Still to this day one of my most valuable circulation finds.

Thank you so much @Kasia, that's very generous of you. And thanks for the cool eagle-cam link, that's a good one. I watched the male tend to the little ones for quite a while. :)

    @Abramthegreat, sweet offering. Thank you.

I'd like in for this pretty eagle and eaglettes. It's not long ago you were my grandsons age now. I know he'd be all over this beauty. So I'm in it, for him to win it. His collection is beginning to blossom.

    Good luck to everyone.

    Enter me please.
The design is very nice, it would have been nice to have a circulation issue like that.

Below is one of the early US Eagle designs from the late
1700's. The designs have come a long way since then.:)
