Not sure what you're asking here. Is it unusual to find a proof in circulation? Kinda, but not that unusual. Is it unusual to find an S-mint proof? Certainly not for 1968.
I am interested if the members leaning toward a Proof Strike think the photos are clear enough to examine for a Doubled Die, or a RPM.
Its the rims that will indicate a proof, not anyother ;reflections,shiney, pricey, etc. See the rims below
